Democrats successfully passed some important legislation in December, but they did so with bipartisan support on all of the major initiatives.
Figures a Republican from rinky-dink Kansas would want to change what is legal because she does not like what happened.
Politics is about governing, not winning. If you don’t get your way, you don’t just change the rules. Your House will have the majority next month, why limit your powers?
